And certainly if you’re a medical doctor yourself and you’re opposed to something that the American Medical Association, American Psychological Association and American Psychiatric Association deem normal, natural and healthy and not harmful at all to anyone, then you have an irrational fear of homosexuality. About fontfolly

I've loved reading for as long as I can remember. I write fantasy, science fiction, mystery, and nonfiction. For more than 20 years I edited and published an anthropomorphic sci-fi/space opera literary fanzine. I attend and work on the staff for several anthropormorphics, anime, and science fiction conventions. I live near Seattle with my wonderful husband, still completely amazed that he puts up with me at all.

  1. Sheryl says :

After watching “Weird Things Gay Couples Do,” I watched a recommended video, Struggles You Only Discover In Your First Same-Sex Relationship. I was particularly interested in the comment that people generally assume the same-sex couple are siblings, for two reasons.

    1) Back in college, nearly everyone assumed my roommate and I were sisters or a lesbian couple.

    2) I’ve lately been appreciating **how much** what a person considers normal colors that person’s perceptions… since I now tend to assume that most groups of three adults together in certain situations are in a triad or V-dynamic.

    • fontfolly says :

That’s a good one. I haven’t had anyone think we’re siblings (or at least say so), but I did have a co-worker (previous job some years ago) who thought Michael was my son…
